This Privacy Policy does not apply to Personal Information collected or processed by our customers using the software or services of any of the Vela Software Companies.

DO WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION TO OVERSEAS RECIPIENTS?

The Vela Software Companies are located in Australia or New Zealand, but our partner providers (such as Amazon Web Services) are located in multiple countries. Depending on the scope of your interactions with us or our customers your Personal Information may be stored in (and possibly accessed from) other countries, including the United States of America, United Kingdom, Canada. Whenever we transfer Personal Information to another jurisdiction, we will ensure the information is transferred in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the applicable laws.

We will respond to your requests to access or correct Personal Information in a reasonable time and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the Personal Information we hold about you remains accurate, up to date and correct (where we have control to do so).
